Vicky Pope
It was in December 2005 at one of my Rotary lunch meetings at the Princeton Club at New York City when I met Vicky Pope. She has been my coach, my mentor & support. I feel great admiration for her for being a great leader, genuine & caring.
She is the president of VIPCG an international development consulting company based in New York City. Epiphany Designs has appointed Vicky Pope to the Board of Directors. With her experience in global business, her leadership skills & knowledge; she is a great asset to us.
She has always been part of my team and we missed her, due to her business, she is always traveling overseas, I am deeply thankful to her for taking this role in my business.
I would never forget when she called me to have dinner with her. It was in April 2006, Friday around 5pm when we walked to a little Ethiopian restaurant, very cozy and charming. We started with a bottle of sweet white wine and hours passed by without us noticing. It was around 11pm when we realized we had had two bottle of the delighful wine and we needed to call the guys to give us a ride home. Her boyfriend came for her and my good friend Tony came to give me a ride home. Since then we have become close friends.

It was in October 2007 that I was driving to go to Oceana’s Award Partners Gala when I got a call from her that came just in time because I had passed by the party and got overwhelmed when I saw the security, paparazzi, and famous people going to the house. I kept driving and stopped near by to talk to her. Her words were “you are wearing big shoes tonight”. I drove back, gave my car to the valet parking and when inside the King’s mansion, I felt great, like a fish in the water.
I know she will bring new ideas and venues to us and give us a new vision about business oversees; I am thrilled to have her with us.
